Terms of Service.

These terms apply when you use www.dpora.xyz and when you buy from us. Please read them before placing an order. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

All products are subject to availability. Product images are for illustration; colours and textures may vary slightly due to photography and screen settings. We take care to describe our products accurately. If you spot an error, please let us know.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. You pay the price shown when you place your order.

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments. We do not store your card details.

If a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price because of an obvious error, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the option to buy at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. The contract between us is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud; if we do, we will refund you in full.

Please make sure your name, delivery address and contact details are correct when you order.

UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class and usually arrive within 3 to 5 working days. UK delivery costs £3, and is free on orders over £45. International delivery is available to the EU (£9.95) and the rest of the world (£13.95). Full details are in our Shipping Policy at www.dpora.xyz/shipping.

Delivery times are estimates. If your order has not arrived within 30 days, you may cancel it for a full refund. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to someone you nominate.

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, email info.dpora.inc@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You then have 14 days to send the items back. You pay the cost of returning them unless they are faulty or not as described.

We will refund the price of the items and your standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the items back (or receiving proof that you sent them, if sooner), using your original payment method.

You may handle the items as you would in a shop to check them. If an item is returned worn, washed, damaged or without its packaging, and its value is reduced because it has been handled more than necessary, we may reduce your refund to reflect that. Your goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including a right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for how to tell us.

All content on this website, including text, photography, graphics, logos, designs and brand assets, belongs to Diaspora Inc LTD or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.

If we break these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for breach of your statutory rights, or for any other liability that cannot be limited under English law.

You must use this website lawfully. You must not try to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce malicious code, or interfere with its operation.

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy at www.dpora.xyz/privacy.

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones in force when you place it.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info.dpora.inc@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve it.
