Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Diaspora purchase. If something isn't right, we will do our best to make it right. This policy sets out your rights and our process for returns and refunds.

This policy is in addition to — and does not affect — your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 14 days of the date of delivery, provided that:

— The item is in its original, unworn, and unaltered condition.

— All original tags are still attached.

— The item is returned in its original Diaspora packaging, undamaged.

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted. We reserve the right to decline a return that does not meet these conditions.

How to Return

To initiate a return, email us at info.dpora.inc@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Do not send items back without first contacting us — returns sent without prior authorisation may not be processed.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

We refund the price of the product. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

If a refund is declined — because the item does not meet our return conditions — we will contact you and arrange to return the item to you at your cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or colour, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

— Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

— Items returned outside the 14-day window.

— Items that have been worn, damaged, or are missing original packaging and tags.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info.dpora.inc@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Where possible, include photographs.

In these circumstances we will cover return postage costs and offer a full refund or replacement at no additional charge.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If they are not, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement regardless of the timeframes set out above.
